During the demonstration, you'll use PM-Express to quickly define a simple organization, enter some sample data, and then see immediate results.

Follow the on-screen instructions to define a mock organization, complete with objectives and performance measures. Then, continue through the demo to quickly generate a sample Balanced Scorecard.
